Utah Utes Lets GO!

Nannie, The Jackson's, and us all went to see Paige cheer at the UofU Men's basketball game against their rival BYU. It was fun to go to and Jude loved it because it involved his favorite thing, a ball! He pretty much yelled and clapped "BALL" all night as us girls watched Paige and the boys watched the game. And if I do say so myself, Paige is officially the prettiest cheerleader!

I have to say that we will be quite sad when Brennan leaves on his mission. Bubby is a really good time, we can laugh for hours about the stupidest things. Brennan loves Jude too, we never thought Brennan would be so into Jude but he adores him. I can't wait til he gets married and has babies because he will be a good Dad. Since Cammy left last year on his mission Trevan and Bren have gotten really close, I think it is going to be really hard for Trev when he leaves, but at least he will have Gimli (Landon) to hang around with. That probably why Terri had 4 boys, so Trevan could be best friends with each of them.

Croupy

Poor Judakins!!! Him has croup and it is so sad. We were awakened one night to some barking from the other room and we don't have a dog. I didn't know what to do, so after consoling my medical team ( Nannie, Robyn, and Grammy) I went to the doctor and he diagnosed croup. There was nothing much he could do but put him on a small dose of steroids to help his lungs. The barking faded fast with the "roids" but he was still sick. You can tell by the pictures that he is not our happy Jude.

The good news is that only a few days later I came down with the adult version of it and then a day later Daddy did too. So we are all sick and miserable. Gotta love the winter!

UNcLe laNDo TuRns 11

Landon turned 11 on January 10th and we had a dinner celebration at our favorite pizza place, Rock Creek Pizza. Trevan, Jude, and I all love our Lando. It is fun having him around because he is the coolest kid I know. Jude adores Landon and thinks that it is so awesome to have someone not "big" around and loving on him. Not only will he be a professional athelete someday (golf, soccer, or baseball - depending on the season), he may be a rock star too!

Jude & Jack

Jude has a friend and his name is Jack. Jack is my great friend from Naartjie Valerie's son and we decided they need to be best friends. They are still a little young but they did play well together. We cannot wait until they can really play.

A Whole New Year!

We had a great New Years Eve party at my parents house. Robyn suggested a couples lip-sync contest and it was a hit. The pictures below show the oddness of my family but also how much fun we have when we all get together. Everyone should have a family like ours!
